I think it's a testament to good design when a decades old ring can sit alongside a new one and not look remotely dated, and that is something that Stephen Einhorn really excels

I have been a customer of Stephen Einhorn for over 25 years now. Started with a necklace with a globe bead when I was 18, and a Bolt ring for my 21st. I've worn them every day and I'm now 46. I would never part with them.
Over the years I've gradually added to my collection whenever I've had a milestone.
My most recent purchase was one of their Thames Oak Mortice rings, and it's absolutely fantastic, perfect design, super comfortable, and it's going to be worn on the opposite hand to my old friend the bolt. I think it's a testament to good design when a decades old ring can sit alongside a new one and not look remotely dated, and that is something that Stephen Einhorn really excels at imo.
Lorenzo helped me with the Mortice ring purchase and was absolutely lovely to deal with. 5* all the way.

The ring itself is beautiful and the packaging is fantastic

I ordered a personalised signet ring for my wife. I received a confirmation email straight away and shortly after received sample images of the design I had chosen. The correspondence from Lorenzo at the company was fantastic and I received the ring ahead of expected delivery date. The ring itself is beautiful and the packaging is fantastic. I’m sure my wife will love it when I surprise her on her birthday at the end of April. I would highly recommend…. Thank you!

A great product, well made and excellent service

My daughter wanted some earrings for her 18th birthday and suggested Stephen. There was some time pressure as once I ordered (a few weeks ahead) it initially seemed like they would not be ready in time because of the time it takes to make each piece. Very helpfully the staff contacted me and we discussed options. After seeing what was possible they ended up getting me the earrings in time for my daughter’s birthday, and kept me updated at every stage. I must admit they aren’t to my personal taste design wise but the workmanship and quality is visible and they are very well made and quite beautiful in their own way. If you like the designs (my impression is will mostly appeal to people under 50) then I am very happy to recommend them. A great product, well made and excellent service.

The design, quality and craftsmanship are all excellent

The team at Stephen Einhorn are absolutely brilliant and every step of the purchasing journey was a delight. Friendly staff in their Islington showroom were able to help select the perfect ring, and when resizing adjustments were needed they went above and beyond to get things ready before our upcoming travel commitments (even during a particularly busy holiday season, thank you Lorenzo!). The design, quality and craftsmanship are all excellent and we're very happy with the final product!

It's a pleasure to buy British made goods from a British family company.
