The pieces that I have bought my wife and that my wife has bought me from Stephen Einhorn are beautifully designed and made and are a pleasure to own. One item my wife bought me was a white gold Arrowhead which she particularly wanted on a leather necklace. After wearing it 24/7 for over 2 years the leather separated from the clasp. Happily the workshop agreed to repair it for me. I duly sent it to them and was amazed when not only did it come back to me as good as new in just a few days but there was no charge. A real example of outstanding customer relations.

I had admired Stephen Einhorn’s work from afar for some time before taking the plunge and ordering the medium 9ct gold Skull ring with ruby eyes for my pinky finger. I had already emailed a couple of times with questions and they had always replied promptly. I was told my size had to be made in the workshop and usually takes 3 weeks to make and since I made my order on the 4th December I wasn’t expecting it in time for Christmas however I had a despatch email on the 21st December and it was delivered special delivery by Royal Mail on the 22nd. I couldn’t wait to see my new ring. It came nicely packaged wrapped in tissue with a wax seal inside a bag with ribbons and a hand written card. The ring itself is a thing of beauty. The pictures on their site don’t do it justice. It’s obvious they are passionate about what they make and take pride in what they do.

Following a very upsetting burglary and subsequent terrible service from an internationally known jewellery store, I finally found Stephen Einhorn through a recommendation. I wanted a ring that would 'replace' the stolen items and one that wouldn't just be for 'best'. And boy did I get it. I have the most stunning diamond Halo ring which I wear daily and makes me smile inside whenever I look at it. The service I received from Noilin and all at Stephen Einhorn was second to none. Noilin made me feel like I was her only customer, which meant so much to me. I am so very pleased with my purchase. I just wish I could buy more!
