Firstly I want to say I hardly ever leave reviews because most experiences are so average there’s nothing to say. However I felt compelled to for the service and quality I received from SE. I went in once, tried stuff, was given time and patience and all the options without ever feeling pressured. I went away and came back and discussed and ordered, all the while feeling my choices were valid. I ordered slightly off menu and that was no problem whatsoever. In fact nothing was. Over the years we have purchased quite a few pieces from Stephen Einhorn. The staff always go above and beyond to make sure you are happy- on this occasion Lorenzo assisted me and was absolutely wonderful. All of the jewellery is beautifully designed and excellent quality , very unique. The attention to detail on everything we have bought is spot on with engraving and chain length and also goes all the way to the packaging. Thank you !

Not something I've seen elsewhere!

I've bought or had bought for me a number of pieces from Stephen Einhorn including wedding bands, necklaces and bracelet/

I've always found their items that bit different which makes them special and not something I've seen elsewhere.

I managed to break the chain for my silver cross. I had been wearing this for over 12 years with no problem.
I decided to ask Stephen Einhorn to repair this for me. The customer service offered by Lorenzo was exceptional. I'm am so pleased I allowed them to repair this for me and that I wasn't tempted to go down the route of getting a cheaper/inferior chain somewhere else. I real pleasure to deal with!
